PORTLAND, Oregon — Watching for a few showers scattered about today with partly sunny skies and high temps 60-64 degrees from Longview to Albany. Winds have calmed across the Northwest after Tuesday’s wind gusts in the 40s in central Oregon and 50s up in Spokane.
Thursday begins a stretch of dry weather with Portland seeing early fog clear for sunny skies and highs in the mid to upper 60s. I am watching a weather system pass to our north Friday and again Saturday night, but dry weather should hold for our local region. A cold front next Tuesday will bring the chance of rain back to our forecast.
